Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Colchester

I got to the drive through waited at the p a system but no one spoke...so I drove to the windows but there was no one at the window to serve me so I honked my horn to call for their attention. A member of staff came to the window didn't asked me what I wanted and said she wouldn't serve me because I honked my horn. How rude is that? her attitude was stinking and she shut the windows at me when I tried to speak to her. For a taxi driver, I understand people can be annoying sometimes but her attitude leaves a lot to be desired. Is this the way Costa St Andrews Road Colchester trains their members of staff? I've been coming here every day for about two years. Today, there was bad customer treatment. It's the government's winter months, so every establishment is warm, but this place is run in a way that doesn't comply with government regulations. The air conditioning is very cold, and everyone felt it. Despite my complaints to the authorities, this has continued. People come here to sit, relax, and chat. This is insulting people. Everyone who sees this should add their comments. The management here needs to be changed immediately. Don't think that people come here just for coffee, or as I said, they choose you for sitting and chatting. Otherwise, there's coffee everywhere, and you're literally insulting people. Thought it was just a one off the first time I visited this branch when a server was really rude to me. She clearly had a massive attitude over me wanting to return a reusable flask. I’d purchased it at the drive through and therefore thought it would be ok to return it the same way, but no!! She was absolutely horrid and insisted I went into the store, so I did, but her attitude towards me continued, it was appalling. So today (months later) I thought I’d give it another go, but sadly the server was rude and not interested. To top it off he got our order wrong.
