Rudest server i’ve ever encountered, ruined my whole night. Just like the servers attitude, the food was so bad. The paneer was swimming in oil and was also a radioactive red colour. The rotis ? came uncooked had to ask them to cook it more. The servers attitude could be justified as a bad day but it wasn’t because i did see him smile and greet other tables. They arrived after us, ordered after us, had a collectively bigger order and got their food way before us. We also reached at 7.50 pm for 8 pm reservation and the same server gave us shade about that too. Did not think this borderline racism I faced in the UK would be from a person of the same race as me. If you’re wondering yes the other tables were al of the same race and not the same as me :) The bill arrived before we were finished eating too. Do better Jalsa restaurant, this behaviour is definitely not okay and to the server who wears glasses hope you heal from whatever you’re going through and stop projecting on people who don’t deserve it :)

A fantastic meal – we’ll be back regularly! We had dinner at Jalsa Tandoori in Conwy last night and absolutely loved it. There were four of us, and every single dish impressed us. The standout plates were the tikka lamb chops – full of flavour and perfectly cooked – and the jalfrezi, which was rich, spicy, and packed with depth. The boiled rice was probably the best we’ve had anywhere, and of course, we had to get chips too! The naan breads were light, fluffy, and fresh from the tandoor – exactly how they should be. The service was faultless from start to finish. We were looked after by Yasin, Ina, and the rest of the team, who were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. A special thank you to Yasin, the owner, who really made the experience memorable. We’ll definitely be back – the food and hospitality were genuinely top class. Highly recommended.

We recently stopped by Jalsa on our vacation in Llandando. The restaurant is located in picturesque town of Conwy next to a beautiful castle. We ordered a Mixed Grill, Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Balti, Keema Naan and plain rice. The curry's were OK not spicy and a bit on the bland side. The grill was again OK not outstanding, with only the single piece of boneless chicken tasting great. The boiled rice was not fresh and clearly microwaved. However, the star of the show was the Keema Naan. Service was excellent and fast, alas, the food did not match up to the service or the location.

Tried this takeaway for the first time after it being recommended let me say this the whole experience was terrible we went in at 6pm on new years eve we were told it was an hour and a half wait we which could understand with it being very busy on new years eve the young man that served us was very rude and even snatched a menu off of me after I'd looked at it to see what we wanted we then went home to wait as we don't live far from the place two hours had passed and we still hadn't had a phone call to say it was ready so I went back there and the same young man was very rude and told me to sit down I understand they're very busy but there's no need to be rude to a paying customer who is keeping your business alfoat and lining your pockets! anyway two and half hours later got the food home and it was stone cold and the vindaloo was one of the worst I'd ever had it ruined our new years eve family meal would've taken it back but didn't fancy waiting another two and a half hours safe to say we won't be going back there ever again cold food long wait times and shockingly bad customer service From a very...

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands-down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever endured. The so called ‘manager’ who wasn’t even the manager as comfirmed by another member of staff was absolutely disgraceful. Having been here several times before even celebrating my birthday here i’ve only ever been met with great food and customer service but this particular idividual was disgusing and not an asset to the restaurant. Having already witnessed this person being so rude to another table that they left upset even whilst ordering their food. The person came over to ask if everything was ok with our main meal, when we replied yes he then started to have an attitude and ask “what is your problem” and then continuosuly argued with us due to his attitude therefore we had no other option and felt so uncomfortable that we left our food and walked out whilst he followed and started calling names and pulling his middle finger up. This experience has left us in disbelief and we will not...
