Hands down the WORST food I have ever attempted to eat in my life. Looked and smelled like vomit. Honestly a pathetic attempt at cooking. What's more infuriating is they must know it. My partner ordered at the restaurant and brought it home for us to eat. As soon as we started dishing up, the absence of quality was obvious. We had a taste of everything and felt immediately sick. The korma was watery, gritty, anaemic and bland, the 'king prawn' balti was like chewing balls of rubber in tomato soup and oil. There was no music playing in the background either, so not the ambiance you usually get in an Indian restaurant. But the place was full (it was on a Wednesday) so obviously a popular place to go.
The food was very nice, the service was good. You bring your own wine or beer so it makes it a relatively cheap evening. No frills, but if you're going purely for the food you won't be...
