I have to mention that after waiting 2 hours for our main course to arrive whilst dining at your restaurant with a pre- booked table (7pm) in your restaurant (service at 9pm), and whilst enduring an endless klaxon of noise from multiple telephones ringing which resembled some cheap ‘fun’ arcade in Blackpool.

I have frequented your establishment for 15 years, normally with satisfaction.

However I feel we have been let down enormously by you.,

When complaining, the manager/owner was particularly rude towards me, bordering on racism towards my wife and I, (yes it works both ways!)

I now understand your obsession with money over substance, quality and customer satisfaction, therefore I will never enter your establishment again, even though you have laughingly banned me for ‘complaining’.

I would never, ever, let a customer of mine of 15 years be treated in such a way.

To leave us waiting for two hours for service is in catering terms unforgiveable and I’m sorry your ‘team’ were more preoccupied with your precious takeaway service.

Therefore I will never frequent your restaurant again, which, in my opinion, so sorry to say, has gone rapidly downhill in...

We wanted to try something a little different so we made plans to try the Indian food here. The prices seemed a little high while we were ordering but there were some options that seemed like they might be an interesting experience so we went for it. After we picked up the food and brought it home, we were immediately struck by the ungenerous portion sizes. The meal was £40 at full price but we did get the 20% collection discount. Even at the discounted price, there was barely enough for a single meal, let alone the leftovers that you'd expect from ordering a big Indian meal. For example, the starter (Amm Chicken) cost £6.95, and came with six small pieces of diced chicken. My partner has used this restaurant for 20 + years and has always spoken highly of this establishment. As we no longer live near we made the special trip to enjoy his favourite curry house, only to be left hugely disappointed. We both thought the food was bland, but the service was ok.

However, we were sat at the back of the restaurant near the kitchen and we witnessed a waiter on multiple occasions reuse the same popadom condiments - the waiter reused the same spoons, bowls and even condiments just topping them up with fresh before re-serving them. Before topping them up the waiter would scoop out previous contaminates from each compartment and wipe the bowl from any drips. All of this was carried out on the restaurant floor in front of the tables not behind closed door. We questioned the waiter and he became sheepish.
