Worst customer service imaginable, as per pizza tracker my food was 10 mins away but arrived 25 mins later and cold. Upon receiving my order I’ve called the store to get this replaced… No ETA was given and I had to call the store 3 times asking for an update (was hung up on on 2 occasions) what was meant to be a quick and easy food solution turned into a 2hr wait before I eventually could eat…
When the second delivery driver arrived with the fresh order he proceeded to argue with me saying that I had ate the pizza (2 slices were eaten and I had made the store aware of this, how else would I know the food was cold) after a couple mins of going back and forth with the delivery driver he proceeded to hand over the fresh order reluctantly and didn’t want to take the cold order back with him.
I called the store back up and questioned why their driver was willing to argue with the me over information I had already shared (2 missing slices) the store manager advised he would speak to the driver and call me back, he hung up on me once again before I could even respond AND… didn’t call me back.
This is the response I’ve gotten from their ‘complaint team’
‘You placed your order at 8:26PM. We have checked the GPS location of our driver for your order on that day and we have the time stamp when our delivery driver arrived in your address which was 8:56PM and the time stamp also when he left your address which was 9:03PM. With this, it shows your order was delivered in 30 minutes which should not be cold. When you called the store for the first time around before 9:30PM, the manager gave you the benefit of the doubt and told you he will send you a new order and will collect the one you initially received. Once the driver arrived, you almost finished already the first order and received the remade order also. This was even if the first order was delivered on time. Read moreOrdered from here a few times. The second to last time i ordered my pizzas came undercooked and when i phoned to tell them i didnt want a new one i wanted a refund, they said they couldn't and were basically shouting at me down the phone.
I then said i'd take a free pizza and they were still reluctant. They then agreed but never got one. I then ordered tonight and both pizzas came undercooked and were doughy and as were the dough balls. I know they're called dough balls but they arent meant to be raw. Absolutely disgusting customer service and even worse food. Wouldn't feed the pizzas to a dog. I've had dominos from a fair few places up and down the country and this is by far the worst dominos by a long shot. Probably THE only worst one. They must cook the pizzas with a 6 watt lightbulb. Read moreCame in to order a pizza and stood for 7 minutes in front of an empty counter, while the staff was talking with each other 5 meters from it. I thought it was just a single occasion but It happened today again as well as few more times. It’s just over the top. Plus had a trouble with a delivery too. A case when u had one job and u failed it. It took 1 hour and 10 minutes to get it on a quiet night, although it was « delivered » within 45 minutes. I see this place has such a low performance and it makes me wonder isn’t that just a cover up for an untaxed income ? I mean it’s highly possible that someone decided to buy a branch of a known chain and reports most of the sales in cash which technically don’t exist.
