I'd like to give this place no stars, unfortunately I can't! Went there today, 30th of September 2024. Food was NOT edible! Gave me wedges that were burnt, they redone them for me, to come back burnt even more! Chicken was dry, asked for BBQ chicken wings, gave me hot wings and said they were the same and they clearly not! When I gave them my honest feed back and they told me I was wrong. I asked politely for a refund and they started being rude telling me I can't have one. Screw the refund, they need to learn how to cook. Visually clean from the premises to the food. Better yet the fat is free from build up of goodness knows what & definitely instills confidence in a fussy eater like my good self🍗 The taste of the chips and chicken is equally crisp and clean🍟. Been going to hickory chickory for years, always enjoyed their fresh food however today there must be all new staff, they was manic, all over the place, guessing meal prices, waited over 30 minutes for my food even though the gentleman said it would be ready in 5 minutes.
