McDonald's — Restaurant in Coventry

It’s genuinely not as bad as some other McDonald’s chains in Coventry and it really excels in the service, if you order a big meal they will have it out for you to collect or to deliver it to your table in around 5 minutes or so but sometimes they do either mess up your order (regards to what to have on certain items like a cheese burger) or forget items in an order (drinks, sides ect); I also got given a small McDonald’s cup for a medium meal and I saw those with a medium cup just as I got mine and a friends food, I didn’t inquire it due to my anxiety but it didn’t really make a difference. The area of the McDonald’s is smaller than expected for an area in northern/north-east of Coventry especially since it’s close to the roundabout that leads onto several motorways (M1,M6 ect)but it has an ok kids area so if you want to chat with a partner or a friend alone and you have a kid, get them into the kids area. Overall I’d recommend people to visit this McDonald’s as the staff is understanding and will try to meet customer...

Every time I come here they always seem to ask not only me, but customers in front and behind to wait at the front for the food... What's the point of the drive through. Today, was the same, was asked to wait at the front... And guess what... No where to park... As all bays occupied. Had to drive around twice just to find a parking space, then there is the problem of the vehicles behind me also being asked to park at the front. NO SPACE guys. Called to speak to one of the managers but phone was engaged for around 15mins. Was told the assistant manager was talking with another customer... When I explained the situation and asked why are almost all drive through customers being asked to wait and there aren't any parking spaces I was told that McDonald's is no longer a fast food restaurant but a made to order restaurant Then surely customers should be notified at point of order the average wait times. Again, this has to be one of the worst McDonald's for service and delivery of service.... Wasn't even...

Sooo, just imagine for me if you will any McDonalds you've ever been in.

Take your time to appreciate the plastic seats, the garish lighting, the deliveroo drivers hanging round reminding you of a bunch of behelmeted Hermes like stranded deities. The smell of burgers being heated to the body temperature of an expiring hamster. The practiced ease of male teenagers tapping a screen to order their custom made identical pat-in-a-bun to impress their potential swain.

Imagine how many relationships have taken their first tentative steps from Tinder to the ecstatic joy of a pubecent knee trembler round the back of the bins have begun here.

..... or possibly this McD is just the same as all the others you've been in when you just wanted a quick bite to eat.
