Pop In Pizza — Restaurant in Coventry

Appalling customer service. Food delivered wrong so I asked for a replacement. Was assured it would be with me very quickly, so was no need for fresh chips. 30 minutes later I called again to ask where my food was as the rest of the order had now gone ice cold. I was told it was on its way, and it was my fault my food was cold. They said if I had asked for replacement chips with the kebab they would have sent it...but They had already assured me the replacement food would take a matter of minutes to be delivered so there was no need. Ordered chocolate fudge cake with this order to, received a portion of frozen gateau, still frozen. Tasted like cardboard. Overall really poor experience at pop in pizza. Won't be...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have several different menus on different web pages with different prices. I was charged £32 for 2 small pizzas and 1 medium pizza which if you ordered directly from them would be less than £20. Rang up to complain only to be told if you don't like it use another company, it's nothing to do with them it's another company adding on their commission. I said I paid then cash and I want the difference refunding only to be told to take it up with the company I placed the order with.Absolute joke considering I still went and picked the pizza up. Don't order from pop in pizza, I ordered a 20 ,in pizza and chicken kebab in tray ON OWN no chips!

Food turned up the pizza looked liked it has been turned on the side and upside down so all pizza is in the corner and the chicken kebab came with chips .
