I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Brooklands Pub, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was not only friendly but also incredibly attentive, making me feel right at home.

We went here about 2 weeks ago thought we'd give it a go as it's within 5 minutes walk of our house so the landlady was very nice here staff on the other hand were very rude so after ordering our food we were passed on to another lady she didn't even look at me kept her head down didn't talk A little while later we had our food brought to the table they forgot to bring a side of chips there was also barbecue sauce missing from mine and my daughters dishes my son had probably the biggest thing on the menu but again food was missing namely a half rack of ribs half way through my meal I popped out for a vape door was right next to our table only to come in to find the same girl that had served our drinks had cleared the table next to us and dumped wast food on my plate and then asked me if I'd finished really if I could I'd give this place no stars I would best advice I could give the landlady is take a good look at your staff and clear out the dead Wight we eat out every Friday Saturday and Sunday but will never be here due to your...

Absolute embarrassment! Went to meet my partner and some of her friends from a local special needs school who had just broke up for Christmas. After 2 drinks everyone was refused service for being too loud!!!! When questioned we were told the part we were in was a restaurant and a family area. We moved to the bar and was once again told no one would be served! This was a group of teachers who had had 2 drinks after finishing school for the year. We weren’t even there 2 hours! As a person there who hadn’t had a drop of beer their reasoning was a complete joke, add that to the fact the waitress couldn’t of been ruder, and any more condescending and when questioned they accused me of being drunk……even though I hadn’t drank a drop!
