The Big Banger Cafe — Restaurant in Coventry

The big banger cafe kev and his staff make you more than welcome the food is freshly cooked to order great selection of breakfast served all day also very good selection of sandwiches batches hot or cold plus makes a very nice strong cuppa if you ask for it. Very easy to find 1 minute from the Fosehill road island by the fire station just up and over the hill from the Royal Oak pub been eating here for years in and out for take away breakfast highly recommend this cafe seats approximately 12/14 people very busy...

I live 5 minutes from the big banger, and in the 13 years here, this is the first time I've actually eaten there.

The place isn't that big, so I'm guessing most of their orders are take out. I was lucky and went there early enough to get a seat and table.

As for the food, mostly it was fantastic. The only thing that let it down was the bacon, which almost broke my tooth.

Would I go back, though? Hells yeah, they do a full...

On my travels again to Coventry and picked this little beauty out, just of the A444. Well worth the early start to arrive at 10.00. I ordered the Full Irish, see photos, to dine in. Cosy but functional set up with TV in corner to view the day's events.Breakfast was served within 5 mins and took over 20 mins to clear! The cafe also does takeaways. Highly recommended to all to take a detour to this little gold mine in the midlands!...
