Pizza Ricoh — Local services in Coventry

I ordered a pizza from here and was told it would take a maximum of 45 minutes to deliver. 50 minutes later I called them only to be rudely spoken to and told it would take another half an hour to get to me.

The worker then proceeded to explain to me how busy he was and how I’m wrong for thinking he has lied to me about the delivery time. He even went on to say “we are busy today, and if I had told you that your food would only arrive in 1 hour and a half, you would have put the phone down and gone else where for food”. Most shocking thing I’ve heard a takeaway say to me.

He then wouldn’t even let me speak to the manager and told me he doesn’t care about my custom and that the shop has many customers from “all over the place”.

I was waiting for my order via Just Eat and nothing arrived..I was annoyed at myself as I dont know whether I dropped off and missed the driver ...phoned Pizza Ricoh who couldn't have been nicer ...they explained that the driver and they had phoned back at least 4 times ...I apologised and they said they would resend the food ....I was expecting the same food to arrive and that it might need microwaving..I couldnt have been more wrong ...the food was SO delicious ...piping hot ....obviously fresh..and of an very good quality ..SO tasty Im a Paramedic out of the Coventry Hub and I will be telling my workmates that THIS is the place for a lunch or a late night treat ...FANTASTIC stuff ...well done...

I ordered a pizza for a group of people. It was ordered 6.50pm and we never got our food. We called multiple times to ask where the food is and eventually the person on the phone notified me saying that somebody changed our address and they delivered it to the wrong place. We eventually didn't get any food and waited for 3 hours for any source of confirmation.

I will never order from this place again as they delivered it to the wrong address and said that we must have changed the address on the order, when in fact we didn't, and we didn't get our food while waiting 3 hours for nothing. Additionally by the time we got our confirmation the group of...
