We are normally use to order or Picking Snacks & food from Royal Punjab, and mostly collected food from there, Last month me & my wife visted Royal Punjab Dhaba and collected my Sweet & Snacks after waiting 20 to 25 min there, but today get surprised to get parking ticket for £60, When I called the restaurant someone said in very rude way that it's happened because you didn't put reg in machine, when I said we are not aware about, even your staff who served us didn't aware us about. Finally she said we can cancel the Ticket if you bring it here, which we already paid, I ask for refund and get surprised after she replied it's not possible to refund whenever they are able to cancel the ticket, but denied for refund, it's really discussting thing for those who spent 40 -50 pounds on food should paid £60 to parking as they made mistak to went there. It's really Funny as well you Can cancel the Ticket but not refund. As a Customer my responsibility to aware others which their staff failed to do that, it's just a back way to looting...
