McDonald's — Restaurant in Crawley

Generally I have no issues with this McDonalds. It's a McDonalds. But I will give feedback on some my experiences here are the top 4.

Never do McDelivery around Christmas, there will always be an issue with what you've ordered, namely missing or incorrect items. If the above happens, you will have your mind blown with the BS. Uber Eats (in this case) blame McDonalds for not checking the order, but when you call McDonalds, they blame the UberEats drivers for taking the order before it's been completed.. when you call them, nothing gets resolved, just a frustrated customer becoming an annoyed customer. After a getting bounced around UberEats phone system, you eventually get a "refund" from UberEats from a very unfriendly sounding customer service agent. Try not to order just 1 drink (e.g. coffee, tea or soft drink), If you get some cowboy on a moped you can almost guarantee your drink wont have survived the journey. They then look at you blankly, not really caring and tell you call up UberEats unfriendly customer services for a refund. I don't know what it is.. maybe there's a world shortage or something.. but i don't know what the issue is, but napkins? Where are they? Haven't seen on in an order in the past year.

When you actually visit the location, the private taxi drivers are back post Covid and take up the majority of the carpark and you can't get parked.. sitting in their vehicles after purchasing the cheapest drink possible and take advantage of the parking restrictions.

There are issues that need to resolved there but food quality isnt an issue for a McDonalds.

*Starting to have issues with this branch with their apparent inability to read an order, fulfil the orders with NO missing items and double check it before seal the order before handing it to the delivery driver. ** Issues continue, ordered chicken selects and they were cooked within an inch of cremated, the costing was hard and tough and what chicken there was inside, old and dry. *May 2025, ordered from this restaurant and they screwed up again, I ordered a McCrispy meal for my wife and got a McSpicy. I ordered a Quarter pounder meal, got the fries and a drink, no burger. **June 2025, they lost our breakfast order. eventually got a refund, so we went and got a Five Guys for...

60 minutes free parking when you buy something, today was a bad experience I had ordered a small tea for 99p and as it was cash the casier gave me a receipt that had the order number.And it was between 17:24-18:23.Then I went back and started to look at the order preparation screen and my order was saying "order preparing" so I stood there to take a look and the person that was preparing it.I kept looking at the person that was preparing the food and at the same time I was looking at the order display screen and it was a busy time but 10mins later my order had disappeared off the screen and I showed my receipt to the person that was serving me and he said "wait your order is being prepared.However I waited another 5-10 mins and then I walked back to the casier till with the receipt and I explained to him that my order is not on the screen anymore and he responded, "oh is it not on the screen" and then he asked the girl next to him that was serving orders to customers and she said,"I called tea three times and you were standing there staring at us,"

1)Firstly, I did not hear that she was calling my order number.

2)And as you look at the screen it says the order number so I was expecting her to say my order number instead of "tea" because she said that she was calling tea but many different people also could be ordering it as well.

3)And then she wanted to give me a large cup of tea but I refused as I had ordered a regular instead of large.

4)And then they took this tea back to there tea machine and they poured it into a smaller cup and replied,"sorry about that,"

5)Now 15 mins later the tea was sitting on the order shelf and it was cold however I did accept what they gave me but I wasn't happy with the cold tea as I couldn't drink it.

6)My concern is that the staff is not fully trained and I found them a little political:I'm not wrong as I'm sure that other people have been victims of there dirty games.
