I usually visit this pub during the day. it's always chilled and relaxed in there.. Loads of parking, Staff greet you with a smile, some decent music plays on the (hi-tech) dukebox, sport plays on the screens dotted all around, if it's a Monday you get free games of pool ALL DAY. Cracking pub. Lovely friendly local atmosphere. We went to Crawley from East Kent to see Hartlepool play. The pub is a perfect distance from the ground, just a few minutes walk. The locals in the pub really looked after us. Although not doing food due to losing their chef they do let you order takeaway delivery and eat in the pub. The locals recommended a few spots .
