Very nice coffee, for my taste bud of course. Unless i have an espresso, i prefer my coffee with milk. And to top it up, I add a fair amount of sugar. I can hear the "real" coffee amateurs who cannot conceive that coffee cannot be "really" appreciated if mixed with milk and/or sugar. Funny enough, I understand that purists enjoy their coffee when for me it tastes like a flat and hot Guiness. Why couldn't they accept others love their coffee sweet and rich? Anyway, Bel Air serves à delicious coffee in a warm atmosphere, still bright enough thanks to its white painted walls. Read moreI had a disappointing experience at this coffee shop recently. One of the staff members (I think called Izzy) was noticeably rude during my visit. When I asked a simple question about the drinks, she responded with a sharp tone and seemed irritated, which made the interaction uncomfortable. The service felt rushed and unfriendly overall. I usually enjoy coming here, but this encounter left a bad impression. I hope the staff is reminded about the importance of good customer service. I will find a new coffee shop to visit...

Both halves of the sandwich fell apart in my hands due to being soggy. Not to mention feeling sick after and upset belly. 1) Use decent thick or better quality bread for the price atleast 2) If you're going to use cheaper thin bread, toast it so it doesn't become soggy n fall apart.
