Ordered chicken, chips and hot wings. You don't expect quality chicken from these places, but what we got was quite literally abysmal! Food took 1.15hrs to arrive on a Thursday day time - got a text to say it was en route but didn't actually get anything until 45mins later. When I rang them to check up on this, I was hung up on. All food was stone cold. Like, not even luke warm, but cold. The meat on the chicken was bone dry and shrivelled, yet the whole thing was dripping in oil to the point that the boxes were just falling apart. Chips were shrivelled, wrinkly and soggy. We were looking forward to it as we've heard good things about their chicken, but not a single part of that order was edible. Manager offered a refund over the phone and then later tried to only refund half. I was not happy to pay anything for food that had to go straight in the bin, but thankfully, just-eat agreed to refund the other half (although they shouldn't have had to!). Vile food. Awful service. Will not be ordering...

Have ordered here many times but been getting worse and worse. Did not write a review or complain too much before as thought would give them the benefit of the doubt. Just ordered delivery with a meal but no meal, so I called up and was told they do not do a meal with large doner but no one mentioned this on the phone, just took the order and delivered it with no problem taking my money. Previously in the past had stale chips too and manager argued

Previously and this time the manager or whoever is on the phone was very rude and does not admit their mistake or apologises but argues or hangs up the phone!

Have lost another customer as I see from the reviews this place is badly rated and going downhill!

Ordered two medium meat feast pizzas and delivered no beef on it and wanted to return and get the right one.The person who was over the phone understood the situation and helped me to exchange it but in return the driver who was delivering the pizzas was being so rude and very argumental about my decision for the change and talking to me very loudly and aggressively at 10.15 pm in a nabourhood area which he made me to worry about. Very very disappointed. I usually get the right one but this time even after changing I didn’t get the one I want. May be this could be the last time I’m ordering with...
