Hemel Pizza — Restaurant in Dacorum

Good value for money when it arrives. Unfortunately, still waiting for my order after two and a half hours.

Update: it is now 22:02. Order was placed at 18:34 and still no sign of it being delivered. Called twice, assured it was on the way both times. I even offered to collect it but was told a driver is on the way. That was at 20:46. No explanation given either, I'd understand if I was given an excuse or reason but I was told it's on the way. Gonna give it a 3 star as my first experience was that the food was great. Had it delivered no issues.

Second time, a huge language barrier with the driver, he could not find our address, food ended up being almost 40 mins late, cold and fairly ruined. Had to reheat everything. Manager was meant to call me back but never did.

Probably just expect your orders to be hit and miss. The miss will definitely make you regret buying from here though especially for deliveries which is a Shane as deliveries is where these shops make...

I have ordered from hemel pizza a few times, but I will never order from them again. Placed an order at 6.30 which never turned up. Phoned twice and was told it was on its way both times, obvious lie, we never recieved an apology. I expect a lot better from a business, very unprofessional. They very clearly do not care about their repeat customers.
