Popped in for a late breakfast, early lunch with a friend, lovely little bistro, very busy when we arrived but we were seated quickly, very clean nice buzzy atmosphere, large menu with lots of breakfast, toasted sandwiches, panini, mains, fresh juices, teas, coffee ect. I had 3 scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and my friend had 2 scrambled eggs, smoked salmon and homemade sourdough toast, we had 2 English Teas, the food was lovely and fresh, served quickly and professionally by a smiling waitress. The bill for everything came to £22 which was very reasonable and we will definitely be returning. They have a lovely outside seating area for the the summer and rear parking too. Highly recommend for Breakfast, Lunch or brunch! The only little negative I have which is not really a negative is they give you a bag of PG tips for the English tea! Since all their other items are of good quality A better breakfast tea would be appreciated, although they have a selection of other...

I had been looking forward to visiting this cafe/bistro and went for an early working breakfast.

The positives: Great decor. it looks and feels really welcoming. It's a lovely building. Easy to park in their car park as I was one of the first customers of the day. I had a table near a plug socket so I could plug in my laptop. The food was delicious, really very nice indeed. There was a huge choice of breakfasts. The coffee was well made and lovely and hot - which I like. The service was polite at the table, but...

What I wasn't keen on: My friend arrived after me and although there was hardly anyone there - we had to disturb the staff from their texting and phone calls to order her drink and again to remind about a second drinks order that had been forgotten.

Looking at previous reviews that has not been the expereince of others. I hope the service improves as it would be lovely for this...

An absolutely charming little place that I found on my way back from Boxmoor. The decoration is absolutely amazing and it sets an amazing peaceful atmosphere, I was sat on this lovey little table by a window. It was just myself and yet they sat me with no issues and treated me no different to the table of four that was seated nearby me. The service was absolutely lovely, charming waitresses who were just so sweet. They provided a wonderful service which made me feel extremely welcomed and at ease. One of the waitresses even stopped to have a small conversation with me! The food was fantastic too! And the smoothie is something I recommend! I had the passion fruit smoothie and the smokey panini (ham and cheese) and it made for just a fantastic little treat. Honestly couldn't be more thankful, this place took the edge off a bad week. Will definitely be returning and will be recommending this...
