Waitress was nice but did forget to take our order. When we started to order the food, the chef was noticeably moaning at the waitresses for allowing us to change our order which we only changed one item as per on the menu!!

When I found what looked like a string from a cleaning sponge in my egg and returned my meal requesting no egg! It was simply put onto a new plate with the same food!! Which is disgusting!! This led to none of us finishing our meal from the disgust of returning my meal! Although the manager agreed to remove my meal off the bill. They then proceeded to complain about us as we walked out!!! This is disgusting and VERY rude!! Jenny’s has always been a staple in my life. Since childhood and even through to ny adulthood. I learnt how to properly use a knife and fork here when I was little - and my little brother was once dared to eat a burger the size of his small head here! Even now, I am reminded of these memories and I will always treasure Jennys’s… even if I no longer qualify for a lolipop when I pay :( The atmosphere is safe, it’s comforting and it’s just a lovely treat. (i’m glad they take card now too although half the fun was running to the bank next door to get money out for a JENNY’S!!!!).

First time been at this town and this cafe was recommended by a local and is a good place I did enjoy as are very polite well mannered staff very clean. Facilities are clean and tidy need a few minor things to be change. Food was good nice and tasty.
