Kebab Banglafwa Point Pizza & Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Dacorum

My friend ordered 4 pizzas from here and spent £45 on them. They were horrific. We found three hairs in the pizza and the meat tasted like it had been sitting for days. The cheese tasted gone off and it made another one of my friends sick. My friend called the shop the day after we ordered the pizzas as they were closed once they arrived on the night, the boy at the front desk answered and refused to let her speak to the manager, all he could offer her was half price next time however she exclaimed how she would never be shopping there again and therefore she wanted her full £35 back as two of the pizzas were untouched, they said they couldn't do anything unless they saw the pizza in person. No body keeps disgusting pizzas for two days so we said how we didn't have them but we had photos but they carried on refusing a refund. Got kebab couple weeks ago it was about an hr late the guy on the phone to my partner didn't understand a word he said kept saying sorry. He paid for a large kebab and a medium kebab and garlic bread pizza the large came same size as the medium kebab both cold only the garlic bread was hot.

Tonight we though we would try again after it became late couldn't get through to phone and was 15mins until closing, my partner had fallen asleep waiting and was going to go in tomorrow to find why the delivery wasn't made, 12:58 delivery was made 20minutes late, kebabs although right size was barely warm. We r now thinking of going else where or going to order it there, the delivery man didn't say sorry or give reasons or compensate us in any way like a free drink to say sorry, think they would of realised our order was there probably noticed missed calls and realised forgot an order. Ordered a large lamb diner last night I got home from which I live a 30 second walk from the shop sat down to eat it and it was stone cold I then tried to call them to complain didn’t get an answer so I thought it was closed so I rang today at around 5pm this evening to complain and they tried telling me that the food was fresh served hot and maybe I took ages to get home and was arguing they eventually said that I could come in wen I finished work to get a replacement so I did and the guy was so rude telling me I was lying and why didn’t I bring it back wen I tried to but they we’re closed I told him I’m not gonna keep a kebab for a whole night to bring it back and he just kept being rude and then said are u sure u don’t want me to put it in the microwave coz I am only gonna complain will never eat here again I recommend Turkish delight in town centre best kebabs in...
