It's a Starbucks, drinks were fine but nothing amazing. The the prices are shocking but that's the companies fault not the individual stores. 2 packets of biscuits and 2 coffees came to 16 quid. Overall it was passable the biggest thing a mark this store down for is the condition, it's messy, unclean, and doesn't get regularly tidied. The worst are the comfy green chairs, they are in such bad condition you wouldn't take them out of a skip, there are food and drink stains all over them, no exaggeration and they have that shiny look because they've been worn down over time. It was 5:00 pm when we entered the shop and when we asked if we can get a coffee, at least one lady said yes and moved to make the coffee when another lady, who turned to be the supervisor, said, "actually, no". In our shock, we walked out but believing something is off about the situation we went back to ask why we weren't served when it was still possible to serve coffee. While we were talking to the supervisor as to why that happened, she told us in front of our children, "get out of my store". Google was showing the store closes at 5:30 pm. Not the greatest start of a Christmas Eve. This is our worst Starbucks experience ever and certainly we will never come back...
