To the owner thank you for your childish reply it was very professional of you, and makes your really good business look even better.

Just to confirm there was no under sink cover on at the time of me taking the photos, and I would definitely not be lying down on your hotel floor to do so.

Maybe as a company you should take a look at the photos I posted as photos do not lie, and maybe take abit of responsibility.

Maybe you should also treat your customers with a bit of respect and help them if they have a problem and want help.

Your hobbies sound great but maybe you should spend less time with your hobbies and spend a bit more time at your hotel cleaning and decorating the rooms to get them up to scratch and at a good standard 🤞🤞

This hotel is disgraceful the room i was staying in ( number 2 ) was disgusting, the cleanliness is appalling. They should not be allowed to open as a hotel with the condition of the room.

We stayed at the Olde Kings Arms and requested breakfast at 8.30am. When we came downstairs the next morning, the breakfast area was in darkness and the door was locked. A person got out of a car and said he was the chef. He let us in and there were several other people waiting, obviously for their breakfast. The chef said that the host who was supposed to have opened up 30 mins earlier had not turned up. Nothing had been set up so it was obvious that we would be waiting some considerable time and with a long journey ahead of us we could not hang around. Had the worst meal ever, been going here for yrs & food allways good,had fish & chips x2 the fish was so overcooked had to have mayo with it to make it edible, chips were very dry & the larger chips the potatoes wasn't cooked enough, so had no chips, had to eat fish so we had eaten as we both diabetic & was drinking didn't have time to send it back as was limited for time,they said can't do anything as the fish was eaten, the manager was barely out of his teens & basically didn't care caus we had eaten fish even though I told him reason why, so we both paid £16 for bit of very over cooked fish not enjoyable to eat, very not happy with food & how we...
