Wenzel's the Bakers — Restaurant in Dacorum

Shocking. Ordered from here morning of the 01.07.23 and the food arrived delivered all sealed and not tampered with. It was Missing doughnuts and sausage rolls. All the drinks were wrong. And below is apparently their freshly made breakfast wrap that looks like a blind one armed chimpanzee assembled it whilst hanging upside down from a spinning crane. Please See picture below. When we called to tell wensels of the issue, said chimpanzee must of answered the call as his rude response was na your delivery driver must of took it. We explained the bags were all delivered and sealed and untampered and with his very basic IQ responded Na couldn't of been us and hanged up. I hope that somebody reads this review back to this neanderthal as from his very limited interactions I know he won't be able read it himself and I hope he realises that he will never amount to anything. Wensels please send him back to the swamp that you found him in. You should have standards beyond that of pondlife...

I never have any complaints about the food from here, everything tastes nice and it's clean. But today I went in to buy some ham salad baguettes for me and my parents and im one of the baguettes I asked for no cress, so the person who served me just started taking the cress out of the baguette. To some people this might not be too big of a deal but I really don't like cress and there was still some remaining in the baguette so eating it wasnt the best. I would have much rather had the person serving me remake...

Been wenzels bekhamstead many times before and staff very good and friendly,this was untill I met the lovely Sophie.

Asked for two bacon rolls and two cups of tea and her response was "slow down your ordering too fast "with an angry look about her.

She had scolded the customer before me for not having the correct money to pay for his order.

Will not be returning if Sophie is on shift,all other wenzels are brilliant when...
