Now I’ve not ever been to Wagamama before, partly due to the large queue that’s is always apparent and the total misunderstanding of the menu. However the queue is there for a reason. Staff are quick to turn tables around. This is partly due to the payment method and working of how you pay. On being sat you’re given a table number with a QR code. Once your order has arrived you can pay straight away. The menu is large but plenty of pictures are available and the servers are well adapt to recommending what you may like. There’s a few with some heat so be warned but the server is keen to point this out. Food arrived as and when it’s cooked so forget the old standard of starters and mains, it all just keeps coming. Portions are massive but the whole sim is to have a series of different things. Price wise, you’re looking at around £40-50 (including drinks/alcohol will be more) for 2 people. Staff are friendly and attentive and there’s a way of giving tips when you pay to thank them. Food arrived pretty quick so don’t think you’ll be hanging around. Also the tables are very close to each others so not a place for a cosy hideaway. You may be sharing your bench with others. This however gives a different feel to other restaurants. It’s not fast food as such but it’s also not a place you sit down and wine and dine for hours. With the amount of choice of the menu it’s going to be worth another visit from me. I’d recommend the bao buns and curry. If your a bit more hungry, go for the noddles and it’s a larger bowl than...

Great asian place. There was a line, but it moved relatively swiftly. As it got to be our turn, the Hostess brought us menus so we could choose what we wanted as we stood there, making ordering at the table that much quicker. Pretty efficient use of wait time. I ordered a double shot of espresso with my meal, and I was brought a single shot. Our Server tried to pass it off as a double, saying "our shots Are small" but the Nespresso cup used was a 2 oz cup, so a double shot would have filled the cup as a single shot is only 1 oz. What I was brought was probably even less than an ounce, because it was pretty low in the cup. The Server brought me another cup of espresso anyway, and this time it was filled up, suggesting the 2 ounces. That's really the only negative experience I had, but the place is still great. Asking my girlfriend to opine, she said that she didn't enjoy our dishes not coming at the same time, which I agree with. Our drinks came after my espresso and my Donburi came to the table, and then we had to wait perhaps another 10 to 15 minutes for her Katsu to arrive. The venue Was busy at the time, so perhaps that's the reason behind our meal coming in a bit at a time. Otherwise, my duck Donburi was flavorful, and my girlfriend's Katsu Curry was equally such. Try this place out when you can't get...

Review of Wagamama, Bluewater Shopping Centre

I recently visited Wagamama at Bluewater Shopping Centre and had an overall great dining experience. The restaurant boasts a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that makes it perfect for a casual meal out.

The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, providing exceptional customer service throughout my visit. Special mention goes to Kritan, who served us on Saturday, November 9th, during the early afternoon (between 12 and 2 pm). Kritan was not only polite and professional but also attentive and genuinely made us feel valued as customers.

While enjoying the delicious tantanmen beef brisket ramen, I did encounter a minor issue—a hair on the egg that accompanied the dish. Upon bringing it to the attention of a staff member, they immediately apologized and replaced the meal without hesitation. Their prompt response and the overall great service I had received, particularly from Kritan, ensured the situation did not dampen my experience.

Mistakes can happen, especially in a busy kitchen, but the team at Wagamama handled the matter professionally and with care. Thanks to their excellent service, I left feeling satisfied and appreciated as a customer.

I would happily dine here again and recommend this Wagamama location to anyone looking for delicious food and...

Review of Wagamama Bluewater 1/4/18. Went late Sunday evening with adult daughter, first time at a Wagamama. Pretty quiet, not long before closing time. Waited at restaurant entrance for short time (“wait here for service”) until a waiter with pink bunny ears noticed us and scampered over (it was Easter!), then allowed us to choose where to sit – near front on a table for four. Waiter 4154 Karim soon arrived and took our order, advising us on dishes. We had chili squid, steak bulgogi, miso soup and pickles, bang-bang cauliflower, ebi raisukaree, plus green teas and extra chili squid sauce for free. All very nice, except miso soup a little insipid for daughter – certainly more bland than other miso I’ve had, maybe watered or just not enough miso. £43.15 on the bill, but if you have a Bluewater card it’s 20% off (For Bluewater employees) so we were very happy to pay just £34.52 for this feast! Overall, we were very happy with the restaurant, food and service and will be back. Hope you like my review, please vote for it!

Wagamama at Bluewater is a great spot for food while shopping. The food is consistently tasty and comes out really quickly, which is perfect when you’re taking a break from the shops. The service was especially impressive – the staff went out of their way to help me redeem a voucher I had, which I really appreciated. It’s a busy restaurant and there’s usually a queue, but that doesn’t seem to affect the quality of service at all. I’d definitely recommend trying the ramen, the donburi bowls, and the bao buns – they’re all packed with flavour. Great food, great service, and super convenient when you’re shopping.
