Probably one of the worst Costa's I've been unlucky enough to experience; after working a stint at this location and experiencing the service over the course of the week it's safe to say this site is lacking management and staff. It's quite normal to wait 15+ mins for a coffee whilst staff are too busy making cold drinks or dealing with making food, you then have the baristas rushing like crazy to make the coffee only to receive some of the oat disgusting coffee I've ever tasted, it effectively is milk with a hint of coffee and there is ZERO care to make it correctly or to fill the cup correctly.

The reason staff are so slow is because they are inefficient, they don’t seem to have one person taking drink orders and another person taking sandwiches to heat up. Most other coffee shops will go down the line and ask a few people in a row what coffee they want and if they have any sandwiches to heat up. He brewed an absolutely phenomenal flat white that could rival anything from the finest baristas in Australia or New Zealand.
