I should have read all of the negative reviews for this KFC before purchasing anything from it! If I could give zero stars then I would! The chicken was dry, the sauce was a pathetic stingy amount, and the burger buns were hard and stale. I went to ask the manager for a refund. He was surrounded by 5 other staff members who were all having a chat. I moved to one side so that I could speak to him about my meal, and the other staff could continue as they were, but ALL staff members (who were standing doing no work), moved and listened in to my conversation - it made me feel very uncomfortable. Like 6 sets of eyes were now on me, as I questioned their food. Anyway, the manager actually laughed at me! Then refused my refund or even an exchange, and said there's nothing that he could do.    Read moreFrom the moment I walked up to the counter, the staff seemed disinterested and unwelcoming, which immediately set the tone for the visit. Thereâs a big difference between being busy and being dismissive â and sadly, this felt more like the latter.
As for the food, the quality was extremely disappointing. The chips were limp and soggy, clearly left sitting too long before serving. The chicken fillets were no better â soggy, with most of the coating either fallen off or barely hanging on, leaving an unappetising texture that was far from the crisp, golden finish youâd expect.
Itâs a real shame, because the place has potential â but the combination of poor service and poorly prepared food made this a meal to forget. With a bit more care, attention, and basic quality control, it could easily be turned around.

I was the only one waiting to get my food No one else was waiting. None of the staff members asked me anything, Whatâs my order number or how can they help me Although they kept looking at me But Nothing they just carried on doing the delivery orders. I was waiting for 30 minutes. I asked them where is my order because Iâve been waiting so long And I was also on my lunch break. They just asked me do you have the receipt? So I gave them the receipt. They packed the order and they gave it to me. They didnât say sorry for waiting half an hour for six hot wings. Awful stuff, if youâre on your lunch break and you fancy some hot wings donât go there youâll waste half an hour...
