Wimpy — Restaurant in Dartford

When I visited a family were sat in the restaurant and their little girl was sick. I am shocked the staff did very little to support the family, the family had to keep asking if they could have some more napkins to clean up after themselves and were only handed 2/3 napkins at a time when realistically they needed 20+. I really felt the family did all they could to clean up but the staff did not offer any assistance such as move them and mop the floor etc. We also found the waitresses lacked friendliness and felt they were almost looking down their noses at customers. Nice place, friendly staff and modern fixtures. Nice and relaxed place for a bite to eat. Prices are OK and food is good, with one caveat, the burger patties are even worse than Macdonalds patties. It depends on your taste though. All the other food is great, the chicken dishes are excellent and they have nice milkshakes for the kids and adults too. Food served here is nice but most of the time it's just a glorified fast food dinner, that you eat with cutlery. The atmosphere was hectic and quite loud which isn't the nicest and left me on the edge, most of the time. Everything had an unhygienic feel to it as well which didn't help.
