Donny Smash Pizza, Burger & Dessert — Restaurant in Doncaster

Restaurant is advertising 15% off if you order online, no minimum spend or terms and conditions advertised. Instead of ordering at the counter we ordered on the website, no discount was applied so we opted to pay upon collection. We kindly asked regarding the discount however the staff member was quick to dismiss the advert and said we need to spend £25. She wasn’t interested in verifying that the adverts on many printed items across the restaurant stated this and shrugged her shoulders saying we have to pay full price. We asked for a manager to be told there isn’t one they are left to their own, “I only work here” - it’s shocking that nobody is trained to deal in basic customer service and just how to take money, make food and throw it at customers. I asked how to make a complaint to which she laughed and said Google - her colleague got all defensive for her in a bit to save the interaction but it was beyond this with “nothing that can be done”. Rated it a one star as wouldn't give me an option to rate it a zero. So me and my friend arrived Monday 26th may at 9pm. Sat down at a table and looked at the menu, it was extremely hot in there and it made me feel instantly sick, I had politely asked the young girl behind the counter if I could please have a glass of tap water (i had already ordered food) to be told no i had to buy water. (Extremely poor customer service. I shouldn't of been refused tap water when I explained I didn't feel well) So on top of this the menu states 4 topping pizza yet when we asked if we could have half the pizza one topping and other half a different we was told no (why when it's actually less toppings but we was paying for 4) Just extremely rude and they've lost future custom from us as we will never return again. Was on my way back from a weekend away and was searching for somewhere that did dirty burgers. We were on our way past Doncaster and these guys popped up on my search. Photos looked amazing so thought we would call in and give it a try. Staff when we got there were friendly, quick and efficient. The food when it came out was super hot and well stacked. The burger I had was absolutely amazing, juicy, well cooked and a good handful and also came with chips. We also ordered loaded fries and they were really loaded and fresh with an amazing cheese pull. We also had a garlic bread with cheese and tomato.
