I'll be an honest reviewer, their food is absolutely beautiful, full of flavour and great portion sizes. However, their customer service skills are absolutely disgusting, and their behaviour is even worse. On the 14th December 2024, me and my partner ordered via Just Eat and never received our order. We tried calling numerous times and no response, I sent messages via Facebook group and they ignored me, so we rightly left negative feedback and requested money back via Just Eat. Their response, which I urged all people to go and view was “Food was delivered and we have proof, don't lie” and that wasn't just to us. I finally got a response via Facebook Where they continued to call me a liar. Their evidence was a ticket saying it was dispatched! My evidence that it wasn't delivered was continuous 24 hour CCTV and Ring Doorbell. After sending them my CCTV footage, they then just flat out ignored me because they knew they were wrong. I believe they would have improved their service after the helpful advice I gave them which is treating customers well, and investigating issues as just because you dispatch something, doesn't mean the driver is delivering which I'm sure everyone will agree with as it happens quite a lot be it major business like Amazon or take away businesses! Nobody is exempt. No! The feedback via just eat is just as bad as before with more people not receiving orders, and one person claiming he received but food was cold which they responded, “Our phones ain't working properly and we sent order and you received it” no mention of the customers issue! Or my favourite one where someone put a one star and Nosh replied “Why, because we send extra food”
Nosh! As a customer, I am disgusted with how you continue alienating the customers! Without us customers, you have NO business and the first rule of running any business within the catering industry is don't piss off your customers. I myself will NOT be ordering from you ever again! Period! Based solely on the fact how rude you guys/girls are at that place. If you continue on this path, you will lose more and more custom, ultimately closing down. You are not the only local take away outlet.
I will happily remove this review if you and prove you are improving your customer service.

Read moreI have ordered regularly from nosh street food and have not had any issues until recently. My daughter and I ordered kebabs and when they arrived (late) the chicken was pink and raw in the centre. We contacted nosh and they said that it was not raw and was just the marinade? It was definitely not cooked. We decided to give them another chance as I understand sometimes mistakes happen but once again after late delivery (took an hour and 30 minutes from time of order) the delivery driver told me that he had delivered my food to the wrong house but would go and get it and be back in 10 minutes, I explained that this was not acceptable as I did not want food that had been in someone else’s house that I don’t know and did not want my order. I have had no contact from nosh and neither have I even had an apology! Needless to say I will not be ordering...
Read moreOrder value 16 pounds on just eat for collection. Arrived at the shop 10 minutes after i received confirmation on just eat that my order is ready. At arrival i was completely ignored by staff until i asked them i arrived to pick it up. Nobody seemed to speak English language so I was left waiting another 10 minutes being completely ignored when i was the only costumer in the shop. I left and asked for refund from just eat. I was called an hour later that my order is ready for collection but refused to pick it up anymore since were already nearly 2 hours since i placed the order. Just eat won’t refund me because it’s a collection that i missed. Careful guys, to be avoided. I am losing 16 pounds but will never order from them again and will permanently delete my just...
