Milk & Honey — Restaurant in Doncaster

We found this place, quite by chance, this morning. It's set inside an old church, which still has a lot of the old traditional features, as well as being warm and welcoming. There was loads of food to choose from at really reasonable prices. As it was mid morning, my husband opted for his favourite Eggs Benedict, while I had the variation, Eggs Burydict. Both were plentiful and delicious, and washed down with a lovely, strong flat white. We have had these particular meals in many places, some good, some not so good. In our opinion, this was top of the list and, although we live a few miles away, we fully intend to make special trips over, just for breakfast, in the future. Just as an end note, they had a huge choice of fresh, home made cakes along the counter. We couldn't resist bringing a couple of slices home to try. Again, delicious and value for money. The Cafe is in Christ Church which is lovely. Limited parking is available on the premises, although a car park is close by.

The menu offers good choices of food from hot meals, snacks, cakes or homemade scones. The kitchen staff are happy to make small changes to your order if required. Staff are pleasant and the service is good

Took my goddaughter today to milk and honey for the first time, we absolutely loved it, we had coffee and cake and then went back for lunch later in the day. The cakes were beautiful and a big selection, our lunch was lovely and everything cooked to order and the service was fantastic, all the ladies in there were so welcoming and friendly and lovely and the setting inside the lovely church is so nice.
