We had the pleasure of having our Sunday Lunch at the Travellers Rest today. The food was outstanding. All fresh ingredients with loads of perfectly cooked meat. The service was also outstanding and the pub itself is gorgeous inside with a real community feel. We will definitely be back and can’t recommend the place highly enough. If you haven’t already been, you need to !! Thank you to all the staff for an amazing experience

Good place for bike night Thursday's. Nice friendly bar and cafe staff. Burgers and coffee is good. Bike/car park is well situated to the rear of the property, good area for everyone to chat and hang out. Nice decking area as well if your resr is tired fron the ride lol. Shame it's only one night a week really, run by bike enthusiasts, recommended.

Good place for bike night Thursday's. Nice friendly bar and cafe staff. Burgers and coffee is good. Bike/car park is well situated to the rear of the property, good area for everyone to chat and hang out. Nice decking area as well if your resr is tired fron the ride lol. Shame it's only one night a week really, run by bike enthusiasts, recommended.

Went in at the weekend, and they only had carling on draft in terms of lager. This isn't the first time this has happened this year either! And even when the other beers are working its nearly £6 a pint; ive jad chesper in Covent Garden.

Their sky sports channel they show appears to be running off of a dodgy stick on the TV. Half the tvs in the pub don't work either, so it's either horse racing or footy on a some weird stream. I'm not even sure if they still have BT/TNT sports anymore?
