Found this place as I was searching for a good burger near the hotel we were staying in. The menu (and look of the place) was very much like Five Guys, but I would say that this place is much better!

I got the regular (double) cheese burger with some of the included toppings (nice to see some original options like pepper and coleslaw!). The meat was tasty and juicy and it was nice to see that the grilled onion was actually cooked (unlike their competitors!)

The fries were very nice too, and the two of us shared the regular portion and that was plenty.

There was an issue with my wife's burger as they added onion instead of mushroom, but I mentioned it to them and they were very polite and apologised and cooked a replacement burger immediately.

We both got milkshakes to take away with us which were also very nice. They were very very thick and had good flavour. Although unlike their competitor they use syrups for flavourings instead of real fruit etc. But still very good and I would buy one next time we visit.

Popped in here after being at a local play Centre with the children. Wasn't expecting too much as not a huge fast food fan but to say I was blown away is an understatement. After walking in I could tell this was different to the other fast food eateries around the area and dotted around the country. The atmosphere felt much more relaxed and the place was very clean and tidy. The lady at the till helped me with ordering and how it was done, what to expect etc. She and all the staff we came into contact with were all absolutely brilliant and helpful. All working with a smile on their face. We ordered 4 burgers and a portion of chips, as advised by the lovely lady who said one large chips would be enough, and boy was she right! The burgers were so fresh, juicy and tasty. We could choose our own toppings and sauces which I loved! The drinks choice was out of this world too. What can I say? You've turned me into a fan!
