I recently had the pleasure of dining at Burger King, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the service I received was nothing short of exceptional.
The star of my visit was undoubtedly Isabelle, an employee who truly went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was perfect. From the moment I approached the counter, Isabelle greeted me with a genuine smile and a friendly, upbeat attitude that immediately put me in a great mood. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the customers she serves.
Isabelle took the time to patiently answer my questions about the menu and made some fantastic recommendations based on what I was craving. She made sure my order was customized exactly how I wanted it and even double-checked everything before sending it to the kitchen. Her attention to detail was impressive, and it’s rare to find that level of care and dedication in a fast-food setting.
The food itself was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The burger was cooked to perfection, and the fries were crisp and golden—everything you expect from Burger King but done with a level of care that made it taste even better. Read moreEver since a child, Burger King has been my favourite choice of fast food. Me and the children see it as a family treat, usually two or three Saturdays a month. I’m not from this area, but the boys wanted to go swimming at Doncaster Dome, so I thought I’d treat them to a cheeky burger after finally making it to the deep end and doing lengths with relative ease. I walked into the store just to see a clean and tidy area, with music not too loud or too quiet. I was immediately greeted by a manager, I’m assuming based on the black shirt rather than the classic burger style tshirt, named Samuel I’m pretty sure, who took the order of mine and the boys. He was extremely patient while me and the lads decided what to have (we usually like to mix it up quite a lot to explore the whole menu. While waiting for my food, I had a quick glance into the kitchen to see a short boy speedily working his socks off to make my whopper with cheese and bacon and the boys bag of 4 nuggets and triple stacker burger. Within only a few moments, my number was shouted out and I had my food, and I was obviously leaving with a smile on both mine and the managers face as he wished me a great rest if my day.We sat down and I decided to check my burger to see if it wasn’t just thrown together. And to my shock, 4 pickles all perfectly separated into corners, 2 slices of cheese as requested were perfectly overlapped and it all just looked so perfect. Ordered our food at the drive through window, and told to park in the car park and someone would bring it out. That's not a great sign, we were rather hoping to get it at the window! Ah well, no problem. Ten minutes past, no sign. Fifteen, then twenty minutes, still no sign of our food. After 25 minutes I went in and asked if there was a problem. Yes, I was told, short of staff. I said it would have been nice to have been told that at the window, so we had the choose to go elsewhere. Five minutes later a young lady thrust a bag at me and I returned to my car and handed out the packages. First one opened was a whopper, stone cold. Next were two chicken and bacon Royales, which were both utterly devoid of bacon. Or cheese. Or salad, or mayonnaise. No, I'm not joking, we actually just had a chicken burger, bare, in a bun. I put everyone's food back in the bag, took it back in the shop and put it on the counter and left it there, and told them to refund it all to the card while I went somewhere worth giving my money to....
