Taco Bell — Restaurant in Doncaster

Another fast food franchise that i don't personally eat at (due to having an IBD induced restricted diet). I'm "just the driver", but i have to state that it always smells wonderful and i only wish that i could actually eat some of it. Having said that, i did sample a couple of chips from the order and can confirm they were delicious. The rest of the order was split between the passengers, each having the festive Crunchmas Box, they ate the lot and enjoyed every mouthful, stating that it's probably the best TacoBell meal they've ever had.

Now the negatives......

1. even though there was nobody in the drive-thru in front of us and the car park was mostly empty, we had to wait over 10 minutes to get the food, by which time there were quite a few cars waiting behind us
2. this is yet another brand that have apparently stopped offering/selling "regular" drinks, instead they provide varieties that are made with various "sweeteners". We have quite a severe intolerance to such sweeteners, so our choice of Beveridge is now severely restricted. On this occasion, this location was able to provide a can of regular Pepsi. We can only hope that they continue to offer this choice of drink (and also wish that other food franchises would do the same instead of just completely removing the sale of...

I usually think to myself - if I don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all, however, this Taco Bell has messed up so many times, it must be said. The last few times we used the drive through here - the staff keeps messing up our order. A few months ago we ordered food here through just eat - they delivered all order wrong, we are vegetarians and they brought us all chicken meals and forgot our drinks and desserts. Another time when we used the drive through, the staff gave us the wrong order and undercooked desserts and tonight was the last straw - we fancied some burritos so we gave this take out another chance and of course, the staff “forgot” more than half of our order. On Monday night it’s usually not busy there however, they took longer to process our order which is fine, however, they literally forgot half our order that we paid for. Fisrt experience of Taco Bell and will NOT be returning. Absolutely disgusting, filty with tables still covered in food waste, empty containers and wrappers on the floors, window sills and tables. Its as though no one had been looking after the restaurant,hadn't been cleaned since the morning and we arrived around 6pm. Food was ordered by the terminal, all the cutlery and sauces and napkins were not filled, so difficult to get what was required. Food was not great either, fries were a mix of cooked with under cooked as though two batches had been put together but not actually checked if they were cooked. Burrito was virtually cold sparking my fear that I may end up with food poisoning with it containing rice and chicken.
