Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Dover

I've,eaten twice now in the cafe,both times my breakfast was,ample and wonderful,to the extent I had taken home some items from my" ultimate breakfast and ate them cold for supper tonight still tasting very quality so today for example I've spent£6.99 on an ultimate breakfast and it's kept me filled and satisfied till I can go tomorrow morning and do it all again,this is how to beat the cost of living crisis while being looked after by some very caring,helpful people,this morning I suffered a littleT.I.A whilst in the cafe,Thank You Cat,the cook for looking after me so well,I couldn't have asked for more and to Michael,manager I believe who did everything possible to alleviate my embarrassment in my situation.,so if like me you live alone get yourself down to Morrisons cafe for a super value quality breakfast eaten among friends get down Morrisons,it makes sense,in every way,I consider myself fussy about my food you don't pile me high Andi think it's wonderful I look for quality not necessarily quantity alone this was a terrific breakfast great way to start your day...

Tells you wait at entrance to be seated. No one there to seat you. Stood there for a while still no one there to seat you. So sat down at a table. One person from our group of four. Went and ordered a drink and food. No issues. Second person got told had to fill out a covid-19 test/trace form before they could be served. Not a problem but why didn't the first person in our group get told that?? If your going to do something like that do it for everyone. Then member of staff came to the table wanting everyone to fill.out a form. Where is the continuity?? Either do it properly or don't do it at all. It just confuses people. Other than that food was fine as always. Came out quickly and hot. Staff member that brought the food over was polite...

What a great idea for a little town like Dover- Morrison cafe. Offering hot food before or after shopping. Kids eat free with a little play zone. Reasonable prices. Nice staff. HOWEVER usually 40% of the menu is “out of stock”, customers must go exactly to the menu - you’re not allowed to change chips for mash or veg etc. At least one coffee machine is always broken/out of order, the kids play zone is always dirty and not to mention the temperature - would you kindly please explain why is the cafe ambient temperature lower than the temperature outside? Why would you like your customers eating their lunch in outdoor...
