Was quite busy for a Monday but waited over 90 minutes for a cheeseboard. Chased after about 50 minutes and was told the supervisor was on it. Supervisor came and asked if it was the burger i had ordered. Confirmed it was the cheeseboard and then nothing...... After 90 minutes I went to the bar and cancelled but was told by a staff member pulled in from events that they couldnt refund me and I would have to see reception. In all those respects, the customer service experience was abominable. The only positives - the lady behind the bar who did her best try to move things on in a courteous way and was probably as frustrated as I was (and probably undairly took the brunt of my frustrations - so apologies if you read this)

• the guy on reception who sorted things out in a measured and professional way, acknowledging my frustrations and calming me down. On the whole though, a very bad experience for a simple cheeseboard order.
