Royal Adeel Restaurant — Restaurant in Dudley

If I could give 0 stars I would. I wish that was a option for such a disgusting restaurant like this. Manager or whoever he claims he is has a horrible attitude and should not be working in a restaurant. I ordered many dishes for me and my party and had to wait at least 40 minutes for dishes to start coming out. Dont see why it took so long as they were obviosly reheated from frozen packaging. Once we tried it, it was the worst taste you could possibly imagine! Don't understand how someone can mess up a chicken curry so badly. They were all tasteless, didn't look appealing at all. Found a hair in one of the balti's so cheers guys. The other curry's were runny and full of oil. Not shocked to be honest, it was a big risk coming here after seeing all the bad reviews (convinced the good ones are fake). Barely any customers were there and at the end was slapped with a huge bill not worth the price at all! Food was revolting, service was slow and horrible. Manager couldnt care less about his customers. Someone needs to inspect these brothers. Don't trust them at all and most kids in my party left with an upset stomach. Cheap, cheerful and nicely decorated, but quite cramped inside, with poor service.

The poppadoms were excellent, with excellent choice of dips and creamy mint sauce... But the samsosa starter was the kind you get from a dessert shop - soggy, chewy, tasteless filling.... The main course was even worse. Chicken balti with chunks of chicken that had probably been cooked about a hour or so previously; tasteless sauce - no discernible flavour or spice; and perhaps the worst naan I've ever had... thick, stodgy... The kind you get in sealed plastic wrapping at your local newsagents.

Food was absolutely amazing the flavours were very good! People who say the food is bad clearly are either fake reviews or just havent been! Service was swift and the manager himself came around tables not just for ours but for all the tables ensuring that our food was okay and that we was happy (only missing a star because it took took 5 minutes to get my table) Atmosphere was brilliant classical pakistani atmosphere, tables were very big as i visited with 14 other people and there was enough space for all of us. Overall would reccomend this to anyone its a very good restraunt nice clean and tidy and amazing experience for families...
