Absolutely diabolical service. Myself and my partner visited here on 9.3.24 we were served by a guy called MD Qureshi (or so the receipt says) 1.He couldn't understand English so we even pointed to the menu items we wished to order. 2. He was too busy staring at me and didn't even acknowledge my partners part of the order which then resulted in half our food items missing and the items that were there were incorrect. Women should not be made to feel uneasy when visiting this establishment. This guy should not be front of house to be allowed to oggle at females. To add to this even further the girl in the back knew we had ordered 2 meals and when she packed our order she was whispering and giggling with her co-workers knowing there was only 1 meal in the bag when 2 were ordered. Customers should not be responsible for ensuring your establishment has correctly made and packaged an order. That's why you employ competent staff ! Who can speak English or at least understand. ! It wasn't good, I asked for no salad on my burger and then watched the guy throw salad all over it then start picking it off when he realised. I got home most the onions lettuce etc was still in there. Chips were so bland and a little hard, was told I can't pay to upgrade the chips? Atleast serve nice chips in that case. The donuts were the worse part they looked great but I'm not sure if they fry them there? But one side must have been left in the fryer too long as it was soft on one side and rock hard on the other.
