Caledonia Chicken & Ribs — Restaurant in Dudley

So..... I ordered food tonight... my order was 4 burger meals and 2 corn on the cobs...

The delivery driver was notified most of my order was missing!! I only recieved 1 burger meal, the driver walked off, got in his car and drove off... I phoned the shop straight away in which it took along time to get through...... as line kept going to busy.....

Finally get through, and the manager sends out 4 fresh meals, but again the order had missing items , they hadn't sent out the cans of pop that come with a meal ....

So here I go again, phoning the restaurant asking where the cans of pop are, to get a response of, we won't be coming back out and I'd have to wait until I order again to receive these cans of pop.....

Like who's even to say I will be ever ordering from there again? , the customer service from the woman on the phone was appalling.... she just didn't seem to care to be honest..... and she just put the phone down without even knowing if I'm receiving cans of pop I have...

Ordered through just eat tonight. Was told should be arriving around 2015. Ten minutes after it was meant to arrive, I checked the app and it’s asking me to give a review. Rang them several times and it was constantly engaged.. eventually get through and I get told the delivery has just left even though he is shouting in the background, she eventually tells me it will be 5mins and that the vehicle has broken down - which isn’t my problem and Just Eat should have mentioned this on the app or at least Caledonia should have contacted me. There’s no way in hell they’ll get to mine in 5mins, she stutters and says 10mins, I tell her this is not acceptable and I shall cancel if it’s not here, after a long pause she decides to apologise and puts the phone down on me! Driver eventually at 2040 and apologises. Food wasn’t warm, the chips as usual were soggy, dry and weren’t warm, the chicken was dry. The place is going down hill. Won’t be...

The food is good and the prices are okay don’t get me wrong. I’ve always loved coming here me and my brother. Food is delicious but tonight (02/11/22) is the night where it has put me off it. I went in to collect my order and there was a new staff there. She was extremely rude to another customer she was serving and extremely rude to myself. She demanded for the customer she was serving to get out of the way to ask me what my order is, just because his wife asked him to order something else. And I said just let him go first and with a rude attitude and face she demanded for me to “get here” and push the other customer out of the way. That was so rude of her. It has really put me off going if this is the attitude they will have. She then threw the card machine on the side and nearly fell off. Hats off to the other staff...
