Romino's Pizzas — Restaurant in Dudley

Absolubtly terrible. Asked them not to ring buzzer because late at night but still did, phoned and ordered two garlic dips which they forgot to add, both asked for thin based pizza's and got Deep Pan which neither of us like and thin base was clearly selected online. When politely asked for a refund we were told it was our own fault that we got Deep Pan because our Puzza's had too many toppings!!! Even though the option for thin base on each pizza was there. Wouldn't mind but food quality also very poor, my boyfriend's was tasteless and he had large pieces of onion skin instead of onion!! 16 pounds for two awful pizzas that ended up in the bin. Please consider ordering elsewhere. Rude horrible obnoxious staff. Not even an apology, we shall never order again nor would we ever reccomend. I shall also be lodging a complaint with 'Just Eat'. Rominos used to be somewhere I would suggest to anyone who wanted pizza because it was always affordable (2 4 1 offers) and the pizzas were insane. I went there recently (after a couple of years) and the prices are hiked, the deals are gone and replaced with terrible alternatives, the serving staff are unfriendly and the pizzas ordered (4 in total) were so bad (both taste, presentation and toppings) that we maybe ate 3/4 of one total pizza before binning them off and eating the dry garlic bread that they give out free. I definitely regret ruining my good memories of a great pizza and replacing them with something that was worse than what you can pick up in the bargain freezer at...

Tried to take advantage of a drunk lady. A garlic pizza bread was ordered and they tried to charge £6.90 until I questioned it. The value was then changed to £3.60 even though a 10" garlic bread on the menu is £2.90! I queried again and was told the order was for a cheese garlic bread. It wasn't. The order was a garlic pizza bread. Not large or medium and no cheese was mentioned. The guy behind the counter got very aggressive and so we asked for our money back.
