Spice Fusion — Restaurant in Dudley

WHAT HAS HAPPENED Used to be our favourite Indian restaurant for dinning in and take away...... Food is just not the same, portions much smaller taste and quality definitely not the same. Poor take away service....told to collect my order in 15 mins, arrived and had to wait another 20 minutes.....1 member of staff, taking phone orders, serving customers in restaurant and trying to deal with customers collecting orders.....very poor customer service.....unfortunately after 6 years of being a loyal customer I won't be returning to Spice...

First time I have ordered from here after reading many positive reviews. Unfortunately my review is negative but brutally honest. The food was delivered hot and the gentleman taking my order was polite and informative. The food, however, was was below average. I ordered a veg balti. It is clear this restaurant uses frozen mixed veg, not fresh as per the the reviews I read. The chips were undercooked soggy fries. Very disappointing and does not live to the 3.9 rating. Reasonable value, good quality food with excellent service. Kam is absolutely on it and is a really good quality member of staff for sure.

Front of house is Sadia and she is really good too.

Worth a visit the food was tasty and spicy enough as I requested.

I had chicken tikka jalfrezi, and next time I had the chicken Biriyani which was very good too and the accompanying naan was fresh nicely cooked and hot to the touch.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
