If you haven’t already visited Balti Towers then you’re missing out. It was my first time coming to this restaurant and let me tell you it definitely will not be my last. From the food to the atmosphere everything was spot on. Indian Food is one of my favourite Cuisine so my expectations were very high but let me tell you Balti towers ticked every single box. Firstly can I say they’re are so affordable! From the aromatic flavours to the presentation it never failed to impress me. A few of my favourites were the lamb chop sizzlers, prawn puri & chicken pathiya. It was so fresh and packed with so much flavour with each bite. They’re a 5 star restaurant with good hygiene, they’ve even appeared on the ant and dec saturday night takeaway & they also do their own Balti sauce which I definitely need to check out. I have a 2 year old son and he loved looking at the fish tank they have with all the fish. That made his night and kept him entertained. We ordered a milkshake for him which he couldn’t get enough of . The naan bread for him was so soft and very fresh for him! The staff were so friendly towards him and he couldn’t stop laughing with them. Which as a parent made me impressed on how interactive they were towards their customers especially children. ( I’ve even had words with booking his third birthday party & they can even arrange a Costco cake which is fantastic. One less thing to sort out on my end ) Thank you to everyone at team Balti Towers for making our...
Read moreI visited Balti Towers when I was on my business trip to Birmingham. Before I went there I checked reviews on google, they are all very good so I had a high expectations. I phoned them to book a table. When I came in I was warmly greeted. Table was ready. That was Tuesday and the restaurant was full of people, lots of regular customers as they were greeted by name - good sign. I was served very politely and food was outstanding. Papadoms with some really tasty souses and lamb chops just blow up with the flavours, delicious. Main dish was cooked to perfection. Guy who served me gave me a very handy advise so the dish was just perfect - not to hot not to mild. Rice and nan bread 100% fresh. All served right on time. When I was eating, I saw some other dishes coming out of the kitchen and the choice and the way it was served was really attractive. They even sell jars of their own recipe and own brand balti souses. I got one and I am going to make a great dinner for my wife. Now I have a problem because they raised the bar and it will be hard to find an indian restaurant as good as Balti Towers. I am not surprised why so many people are coming back. I will be one of them whenever I am in Birmingham area. They definitely deserve a good reputation and this review. It is a "MUST VISIT PLACE"

I'd heard good things about this place, even someone who'd eaten at Balti Towers 30years ago!! I was so excited to try and phoned in my order around 45mins before picking it up. My order was taken by a very friendly person so I felt it was a good sign. When I arrived to collect, a gentleman took my payment and said my food would be 5 mins. No problem, I thought, and was happy to wait at the door. Despite this, he insisted that he'd bring it to me at my car, so I went to sit down, impressed at the service. 20mins later, I was still waiting, with my eye on the door of BT so it wasn't as though they couldn't find me. Eventually a lady came out and handed me my order in a very impressive box. No apology, mind. Got home to tuck into lamb chops which was very tough meat, I couldn't eat them. The chicken balti was bland and had no flavour. Very disappointed, considering that there was a fair few customers eating in the restaurant that night. I don't think...
