I had the pleasure of trying out Sweet Shakes Dessert, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Excellent food. Excellent service.

We always order our desserts from this place and have never had a problem with their food, each time the food has been perfectly presented and tasted delicious.

However we ordered through Uber, and when it arrived we were missing half of our order. We then called the shop to which they were very polite and helpful. They apologised straight away and explained that the food was ready the Uber driver just didn’t pick the bag up. They then went on to deliver our food themselves and even included a few things extra.

We really appreciated this and now will be ordering through them rather than Uber. I can’t recommend this place enough.

We sat in; Food came in good time, service was very polite, with a smile and sometimes laughter. (We asked for takeaway boxes whilst sitting in) I ordered the strawberry crepe, compared to other places I’ve been too, gave a generous amount and went down a treat! Partner ordered the cookie dough and although couldn’t finish it all, loved the taste! Milkshake was thick and tasty (malteser) and we will definitely come back again! Seems like it is family run and has a kind atmosphere - they did seem busy with orders but still made time for us and waited us.
