Went at around 11:15pm, lady at the desk told me 5-10 mins for my burger meal, I said okay and just waited around , after 15 minutes I asked nicely how long on the food, she said it’s coming now, 10 minutes have now passed … I’ve asked how long and she said it’s coming out now and finally after 3-4 minutes after this she brought out the food, I’ve asked for an Algerian dip and she tries to charge me for this, I told her it’s been almost 30 minutes since I’ve been waiting now wanting to charge me for a dip and not letting me pay by card either , she said it hasn’t been 30 minutes and only been 20 and I told her she told me it would be 5-10 minutes, I then showed her proof of when the money got took out my bank and then she just started laughing at herself and still trying to charge me for the dip ?!??!?? Appalling service , if she told me it would be 30 minutes in the first place or updated me that it’s gotten busy so may take longer I would’ve been fine with it but she didn’t and was...

Veet is an incredibly rude staff member at swirlos, I have ordered multiple times and every time I have engaged in a conversation with veet it has been unprofessional and rude.

She answers the phone, and then asks "what you want to order", as you start to say your order she disappears and starts shouting at other staff members. She doesn't apologise and makes you feel like you was wrong.

The food is good, but I will stop coming to this business because of veet, I tried to explain to her the tacos I ordered last time had barely any meat on them, instead of apologising and reassurance, she claimed I was lying. When I asked to speak to the manager, she claimed she was the manager, and refused to pass the phone to anyone else.

the lady- veet- who handles the phone calls is so incredibly rude. never picks up the phone and when she does, she claims she cannot hear anything but she obviously can. has happened more than once. i called 20+ times to ask about my order and 11:10. i left it because they wouldn’t answer and i got busy. 11:40 i called again (20 mins before closing time) and veet answered and shouted we are closing now we are closing and cut the call without allowing me to get a word in. she didn’t answer all the other times i called after despite rings going through and when i called on a different device she answered straight away but cut it off after realising i was on the other line? what...
