The Brierley Sausage — Restaurant in Dudley

This cafe has got worse since new people took over this year , the new people don't have a clue what they are doing , don't cook food early so when u go in u have to wait for food to be cooked , making u wait half an hr staff walk around like head less chickens ,even I no u cook some things before u have customers come in like bacon and sausage and u put them in pots to keep warm and when get ur food order not rite and they blame the customs, I see people walking out without food , staff talk to customer like crap too , staff also spend way to much time smoking out side . I can see this cafe shutting down before long coz the way it's going u won't have much customers left as my self have been going to this cafe for years now but now after today waiting 45 mins for a burger and chips so but I won't be going...

The food was lovely (other than missing one hash brown off one or the baguettes but human error) They rang me to say they didn’t have the chosen crisps and asked which ones we would like instead which is lovely. The delivery driver was disgusting.. he rang me and asked where our door was, when I explained, he then lied to me and told me he was outside our door when he was actually down the road. Then when o rang and asked for him to come up to the first floor, he said no I need to come down and I said I was disabled so he laughed down the phone and told me I was joking. Disgusting… no one should be spoken...

Must try!! I don't normally write reviews but this is the best breakfast iv had through delivery, beautiful eggs beautiful sausage etc.. I love far away so must say a little cold but this is definitely no fault of there's, it's because I live far so my drink was cold lol.. love how they wrap toast in foil, didn't go soggy, eat from here through delivery lovely breakfast, thanks will be...
