Little Dessert Shop Brierley Hill — Restaurant in Dudley

Absolutely appalled by this place. Placed an order on the app and got a phone call 2 minutes later (once the payment had been taken) to say they cannot deliver for 24 hours as they have no drivers. Asked them to cancel the order and was told they cannot do that. When I went to the app I could not cancel the order as there was no option to do this. Lady on phone told Me that’s not her problem. No craps given from them and will never be using again and will not be recommending to anyone. It’s now going to take 5 days for a payment to be put back in to my account because they can’t figure their stuff out and hire enough drivers. (Could not collect as car had been taken to garage or I would have gone to collect myself) attitude of staff on phone was disgusting!!!

Have been trying for over a week to get my refund and spoke to the manager today and told because I posted this review on google I will not be getting my refund. Have contacted trading standards about this and am in now hopes of getting my money back so good luck to anyone who wants to...

Really Poor Quantity of Strawberries and Kunafa! Inside the Dubai Chocolate styled cups. Definitely not worth the money of paying £10 pound for just one. My mom ordered 3 of these and cost £25 pounds. When the order came the pots were smaller than how it was advertised on Uber Eats and were supposed to be larger pots. The main problem was the poor lack amount of strawberries and brownies the bare minimum of 1-2 peicies . Moreover, the rest filled with Chocolate and Pistachio Kunafa. Customers don’t just want that, if they are ordering this! They expect more of the commodities in the desert but the issue was rectified with large cups of Strawberries and Brownies delivered. I Absolutely love this dressert shop Im heavily pregnant and have late night cravings and it was 10.50pm and the store closes at 11pm and I rang to ask if I could get a order still and if they are willing to deliver and they said yes for me they will deliver luckily my husband said he could pick up the order im suprised they even made me my order despite closing in 10mins and was also willing to deliver once my husband collected the food the woman fatima and gulpreet greeted him so warmly and gave him the food and some extra chocolates in the bag and where so kind and caring this is the type of customer service that makes me want to come back and order from them as they put so much love and care for the food and their customers and go well beyond then...
