I recently had the pleasure of indulging in the Veggie Boss Breakfast at Boston Tea Party in Honiton, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for a fantastic dining experience.

The Veggie Boss Breakfast is a true masterpiece. The scrambled egg was perfectly seasoned and had a delightful texture. The vegan sausage was flavorful and had just the right amount of spice, while the sweetcorn fritters added a lovely crunch and a hint of sweetness. The hash browns and mushrooms were cooked to perfection, adding a burst of freshness to the plate.

What truly sets this breakfast apart is the attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and wholesome, making it a guilt-free indulgence. The portion size was generous, ensuring that I left feeling satisfied and energized for the day ahead.

The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure that every aspect of my meal was perfect. The ambiance of the café is charming, with a cozy and relaxed vibe that makes it the perfect spot to enjoy a leisurely breakfast.

We visited Boston Tea Party for breakfast, whilst on holiday near Honiton over the weekend.

What an amazing find. It looks quite small from the outside, then you walk in & it's like a Tardis!! Loads of seating inside & all completely dog friendly. Walk to the back of the restaurant & you enter a large, beautiful garden, with plenty of seating.

You can either order your food & drinks via the mobile app, or remember your table number & go inside just where you came in & order there. Whilst you're waiting to order, let your eyes wander over all the homemade cakes. We purchased a slice of coffee & walnut cake & a slice of lemon drizzle to take away. They were individually boxed up & thoroughly enjoyed later.

Our breakfasts, The Boss & The Veggie were amazing. So tasty, especially the homemade hash brown's & the Hogs Pudding. Cappuccinos were also hot & lovely.

As soon as we visit Honiton again, we're heading there. A real treat.

We had a lovely, warm welcome from the staff, who were super friendly, helpful & it was lovely that the young lad explained how to order our food & drink, as we hadnt been there before. Dog treats were also offered.

A nice relaxed ambience with polite and friendly staff.

The cakes and pastries on the counter looked devine. There is a choice of three rooms to dine in and a fairly spacious garden area, surprisingly large for a 'high street eaterie'.

The drink was served very quickly as well as the cutlery placed on my table. I ordered the halloumi pitta bread. When it arrived it was well presented and every mouthful was divine, it was a truely sensory experience. I could taste the different salad ingredients which were fresh and crunchy and not too much cheese either. The couscous was a pleasant surprise with a savoury twist and the tzakiti was cool and fresh. The bread was super fresh, soft and warm…melted in my mouth!

Good value for the quality of the locally sourced food and uniqueness.

I thoroughly recommend it. It was an enjoyable dining experience that I would happily repeat again.
