Late review, however, I placed an order from this store about an hour before closing. They were still open and accepting orders, so I went for a deal that included a pizza, side, and dessert. We asked for the pizza to be split in half with different toppings on each side, but the toppings were mixed up, however that didn't matter too much. The pizza itself was somewhat cooked well, and while the toppings were correct, the side dip was wrong—we received garlic instead of the tomato sauce we had ordered. We didn’t mind that too much and decided to let it go.

The side, which was supposed to be garlic bread, was disappointing. It seemed like they forgot the seasoning, as it was just plain bread and cheese with a small clump of herbs on the side. Though the real reason we placed the order was because my boyfriend and I were craving cookies, but they didn’t include any in our order! Thankfully, we were able to get a refund through Uber.

If they weren’t prepared to fulfill the order properly, they should have just declined, and we would have understood. While we somewhat appreciated the alternatives, the mistakes made it seem like there was a lack of care rather than find solutions. I’ve never left a one-star review before, but after waiting an hour and receiving so many errors, it was impossible not to. It really dampened our night, and unfortunately, we won’t be ordering...

first and most importantly. if you have ever used the app to order from here, make sure you aren't getting bills from a company called complete save. the dominos app contains a scam where a third party signs you up for a subscription biased, under the guise of giving you a discount for your food. these people are not Dominos, it is a scam.

second and less importantly. they stopped delivering to Ottery st Mary because the chineway road got closed, and even now that its been fixed for months, they still wont deliver here.

third and not very important at all. the pizza is fine, not great, but as would be expected for a takeout pizza. extortionate prices if you dont use a 'code', which is always available and just tricks you into thinking you are getting a deal or trick you into spending more, instead of paying the price you would at every other pizza place. seriously Dominos, no one thinks a...

Extremely not customer service focused. I ordered probably 3-4 times and I faced the same problem.

I find the stuff very rude. I was waiting to collect my order, lady at the desk was on the phone, ended the call and left, went in the back somewhere, without even noticing me. I had to wait probably 5-10 minutes for someone else to notice me. This happened not just once, but most times I collected my order.

I understand it’s busy, but shouldn’t someone at least be at the front for orders or at least to notice the people waiting and either serve them and then leave or notice them and inform them you’ll be back in a moment with them.

Once I was shown as the order was ready for collection on my app and on the screen in the store but I was told it wasn’t actually ready.
