We have visited the mustard seed over many years,have always been very very happy about it in every way. I knew it was closing,so we were having a last visit,checked internet etc, no knotice of closure,so,looking forward to lunch there,we came down from Poole. I had hoped for more from this bookshop-cum-cafe. The selection of books was limited, and my savoury scone, which came with half a spoon of chutney and a tiny piece of cheese stuck to the roof of my mouth as if they were concrete. A gentle Coffee Shop and Christian Bookshop, in the middle of Sidmouth serving lunch and snacks throughout the day.
