Completely stumbled on this place by accident. I stopped off in Honiton to take a break from driving. Thought I'd tread myself to a curry place. And tried here. It was genuinely one of the best curries I've had.
I'm a Londoner, and a curry fanatic. I must have tried hundreds of curry houses across London and the south of England over the years. So was amazed to find this hidden gem.
Staff were nice. Service was efficient. Decor was so so, but I think that added to it's character. And the food... Was perfect. Naan was fluffy. Rice was flavoursome. And the vindaloo I had was spot on. Strongly recommend this place.

The decor is very simple and quite cafeteria-like; none of the more common Indian opulence. The service was good, despite the busy evening, and the food was excellent - bindi were fresh! Always a good sign. We had a wonderful last meal of the year. With take-aways also flying out the door, they had to turn customers away by 9:30 pm as they’d run out of food! We were very glad to have sampled this restaurant and will certainly return. Booking advised as...
